Dr. Teresa Martin

Dr. Martin was born and raised in Plano, Texas. From a very young age, she knew she wanted to be a veterinarian, and set off on the path to become one. After graduating from high school, she attended Texas A&M University, and received her Bachelors of Science in Animal Science in 2017. She then remained in Aggieland for her DVM, which she received in 2021. She joined the EDVC team shortly after graduation, and is thrilled to be back in Dallas! She has a special interest in surgery, pocket pets, and endocrine diseases.

She is a member of the American Veterinary Medical Association and the Texas Veterinary Medical Association.

In her free time, Dr. Martin enjoys singing with her church choir, playing her violin, game nights, and going country and salsa dancing. She always enjoys spending time with friends, family, and of course, all of the furry (and not so furry) creatures in her life.
